WELDING CERTS DURING COVID-19 AND HOW TO RENEW YOUR WELDING PAPERS - (4/13/2020)
ATTENTION ALL WELDERS OF LOCAL 704:
During the COVID-19 outbreak, the International Welding Department will be working remotely. They will not be sending out welding cards at this time.
You will be able to see your welding certifications by scanning the back of your membership book.
If your employer needs to they can call or email me and I can send them the appropriate information.
It is VERY important that you keep your continuity book up to date.
If it is time for you to renew your welding papers there are a few ways you can do so.
Make sure that all the needed information is filled out with phone number, job site, foreman’s name, book number etc.
When it is filled out you can email it yourself to wcp@ironworkers.org OR you can email it to me at pburney@iw704jatc.com .
All the information has to be filled in or they will send it back.
